2: Upload of pornography

3: Upload of offending material

4: Upload of files bought on Spotafile

5: Spotafile is a professional site with high standards. You may not compromise.

    5.1: All uploads must be of high standards

    5.2: All response on “demanders” request must be realistic

    5.3 All Live Presentation must be prepared and presented clearly

6: Spotafile™ is a protected brand. It must not be challenged in any way

7: All oral and written communication must be of high standard. Both in files, requests and general chatting.

Any breach of these rules will terminate membership and in worst case lead to legal issues.

Legislation and conditions related to “Demander” activity

The following actions are breach of Spotafile rules

1: Download and sell a particular file

2: Download and share publicly

3: Download and white label (take credit for)

4: Download and promote material without clear reference to Supplier (originator)

5: Supplier of files has copyrights on all his products available. Only in private rooms or by the explicit consent of the Supplier, can his work be disseminated publicly

6: All oral and written communication must be of high standard. Both in files, requests and general chatting.

7: Spotafile is a professional site with high standards. You may not compromise.

8: Spotafile™ is a protected brand. It must not be challenged in any way

Any breach of these rules will terminate membership and in worst case lead to legal issues.
