How It Works

Demander

• You can search for specific material in a large range of categories and sub categogies
• You can search directly in the vast database via the search tool
• You can also submit a customized request, if you did not find your required tool or material via the search function. The request is a standard form that must be filled out carefully to reach the right experts in your disciplines. Also a maximum price must be given.
• When you submit a customized request all Gold and Silver members from your category receive your filled-out form. They, the Suppliers or experts, have 2 hours to respond after which a Spotafile algorithm selects 3 offers that you will receive. From these you accept or decline. Name on Supplier will be revealed in the transaction, so you can contact the person with tools questions.
• You can also choose to request a Live Presentation for seminars or yourself within your topic. It works the same way as with the general tools request. The Live Presentation can be on Skype or Facetime. It is outside Spotafile homepage. You decide time, duration, price and expert.
• You get access for free to our tools. All your activity can be traced on your personal Dashboard.
• For each transaction Spotafile is paid 10% of revenue.
• You cannot distribute downloaded tools publicly (see Terms Of Conditions)
• You can make favorite any of the tools as well comparing different tools.
• You can make a review on Supplier or the tool itself. This review is strongly appreciated as it will enhance the chance of Customized requests being met by the best experts.

Supplier

• As a Supplier you need to register into the website first for accessing all our features.
• You do not pay for any membership.
• You only pay indirectly in the transaction itself as Spotafile charges 10% of revenue.
• You receive your 90% of revenue first possible banking day through Stripe. As such you have no risk on Spotafile.
• You can become a certified Spotafile Bronze, Silver or Gold member depending on your monthly rolling average Review rating from buyers (demanders). Every months the average rating is set to zero again, which allows everyone to achieve the Gold and Silver certificate that places on in the topic-exclusive Spotafile expert panel.
• This expert panel is in scope for receiving customized requests on E-mail from buyers. An algorithm always selects among all panel experts in case supply is higher than demand. We do not operate with auctions.
• Your personal certificate will follow you and be visible for buyers.
• The Sign-up function is vital and you need to be careful with the registration. A Spotafile algorithm uses the information in some particular demands for your products or tools. The more correct you fill out higher the chance is that you will get direct request on your consultancy skills or product skills in your selected field of interest.
• Supplier Avatar will be decided as per main category selection.
• You can update your professional detail, Education & Specialization, Experience, and Awards & Membership.
• You can upload all you like just be careful in all forms you must fill out. The information is critical for your success (please also see “Terms Of Conditions” and FAQ).
• You can upload multiple tools or a single tool. All tools will be verified by Admin that screens for lack of professionalism and offensive content. No pornography is allowed.
• You set the USD prices yourself on all your uploaded tools. Minimum USD 1,00.
• You can upload a maximum of 200mb. per tool.
• All your tools are accessible for statistics etc. on your personal Dashboard. Here you can follow your USD income and on which tools.
• In order to receive your 90% share of every transaction you must fill out your banking details. We use Stripe as payment portal. See FAQ.
• If you sign-up with a checkmark in the “Customer Request” you are a part of the online Spotafile experts that will receive notifications and filled out forms from buyers (demanders) if they do not find their required tools in the database already.
• The online experts will be further narrowed by their rolling average review rating. If you are above 4 you will either be Gold or Silver member. Only these will receive the requests.
• The rating is rolling, so that each month Suppliers are “equal” again. Everyone has a chance to become Gold or Silver.
• You have 2 hours to accept or decline the submitted buyer request. It will always be within your own specified topic field.
• If you are selected by the Spotafile algorithm you will receive response within 2 hours.
• Supplier user can add new tool, Update tool and also export all tool which he/she added in one file.
• Supplier can review all requested which is based on spotafile rules.
