A: You have copyright. You are only selling a legal licence unless otherwise agreed by you and the purchaser. Spotafile though allow small-group sharing like in a university working group. With public dissemination or outright selling in any closely related format, you are protected by law

 A: No. You have copyright. Spotafile has nothing to do with files. All files are on server.

A: Spotafile charges 10% of all revenue generated through the site infrastructure. You don’t pay any fixed fee for any membership

   A: On the fly when you sell. Time of transaction. We use Stripe as payment portal.

A: It’s all up to you. If you sell for USD 10.000 you get USD 9.000

A: Yes. You can sign up as a general consultant or wait with uploading to later.

A: If demanders (buyers) did not find the material they were looking for, they can send a customized request (E-mail notification) to all suppliers having signed up for this feature​​​​​

A: No. Only suppliers within desired topics or sub topics. And only those suppliers who have signed up and checked a box with “Cusmomized request” interest. 

A: It’s an incentive system base on user (demanders) reviews. Above average score makes you a Silver or Gold member. In this case you are in scope for receinving User’s customized request for file or Live Presentation. All Suppliers start at rating= 0 and simple rolling average is calculated as new reviews are assigned to product or Supplier.

 A:  We have the following structure based on score 1-5 customer reviews: 

            No certificate: average rating  < 2
            Bronze certificate:  2 <= average rating  < 3
            Silver certificate 3 <= average rating < 4
            Gold certificate average => 4

       When you are Gold or Silver Supplier you automatically are in scope for Customer Requests via         E-mail notification of specific request. But, only in your field. 

A: No. Only within your assigned topics. And only if you in Sign-Up checked the “Customized request” box.

A: Yes. Our smart Spotafile algoritm assigns higher probability to Gold than Silver members when selecting from all interested Suppliers.

A: Yes and No. It can be for individuals as for larger groups of e.g. Students. It’s up to you as Supplier and Demander to arrange. The Live Seminar is however held externally on e.g. Skype or Facetime. Not on Spotafile.

  A: You must answer within 2 hours. Otherwise your response is non-valid.

A: Our algorithm starts from 0 at the end of each month. So everyone is equal.

A: No, The professional integrity of Spotafile unfortunately does not allow personally uploaded                images. All Suppliers will instead be assigned a category Avatar.

A: Legally you have none. Supplier as full legal copyright. You are merely buying a legal licence for your  individual use, unless otherwise agreed by you and the Supplier (seller). 

A: Spotafile rules (Terms of Conditions) allow small-group sharing like in a university working group or at work. Public dissemination, public discrediting or outright selling of the product in any closely related  format is strictly forbidden and can be subject of legal action.

A: Spotafile charges 10% of all revenue generated through the site infrastructure. You don’t pay for any membership.

A: If the Spotafile database do not include already your specific search request, you can go to “Customized Requests” and fill out a form specifying in detail your requirement. This form will be submitted to all Suppliers (uploaders, consultants) within the topic or sub topic chosen. An algorithm starts to bring you the 3 best selections from all in-scope Gold or Silver Suppliers, from which you can choose. You and the Supplier will reveal identity once request is accepted. You can add “Assistance” in your form request. 
 

A: If the Spotafile database do not include already your specific search request, you can go to “Customized Requests” and fill out a form specifying in detail your need. You can also request a Live Presentation connection on Skype or Facetime. You decide time, where and with whom. You can e.g. setup a Live connection with professors all over the world. Suppliers are selected by algorithm based on their skills and reviews. 

 A: Experts must respond within 2 hours. Otherwise their participation is cancelled. You will receive 3 offers, that are identified through Spotafile’s selection algorithm. You just decline and accept the 3 offers. After this supplier and demander are revealed to each other.

A: 2 hours. After that responses are cancelled.

A: Suppliers (seller) of the product is no longer anonymous. You can contact by mail.

A: Yes. You have a comprehensive Dashboard.
